After returning home from our honeymoon I wanted to write you with our enthusiastic impressions of the wedding week we had at Ponteo. I can’t thank you enough for all the work and consideration you personally put in to planning this thing with us. We were consistently impressed with your organisation and communication with us through many, many emails back and forth. As you know, we had many international guests (many of whom had never previously been to Bratislava) staying in the hotel for the nights before and of the wedding and I am extremely grateful for their enjoyable and comfortable stay in the rooms and the quality of the services (i.e. breakfast, spa, bowling, etc) and hospitality the Ponteo staff provided. The wedding day was beautiful and, again, the staff were incredibly helpful and positive. The venue looked beautiful and we look forward to sending you pictures when we get them from our photographer. Our wedding guests told us how much they enjoyed the delicious food and everything ran smoothly. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better venue or a better experience for our family and ourselves. Thank you again for everything and, in the event we can write a formal review in order to help benefit Ponteo, please let us know. I’m sure we will meet again soon when we come to Ponteo’s restaurant!
